Nubrikon KW is the result of the most advanced research in mold wash technology. Nubrikon KW is a unique blend of graphite, stabilizers, and high temperature wetting agents in a water base vehicle. Through its exceptional composition and high temperature wetting abilities, Nubrikon KW provides unequalled release while significantly reducing the potential for metal contamination and inclusions. Nubrikon KW is supplied as a liquid concentrate with the consistency of latex paint and can be diluted with several parts of tap water for maximum economy. It has the distinctive property of wetting surfaces up to 900°F (482°C) The dried coating will not melt or run at any temperature and is odorless and non-corrosive.
