NUBRIKON FN
 HEAVY DUTY FORGING LUBRICANT

Nubrikon FN is  a water-based  lubricant  containing  special micro-fine graphite and E.P. additives.  The unique  heavy  duty  lubricant  is  designed  to  forge  difficult,  warm  or  hot  ferrous, non-ferrous and super-alloy metals. Nubrikon FN is also suitable as a back extrusion lubricant. Nubrikon FN eliminates fire and smoke from forging  operations, while providing outstanding metal movement for the most demanding forgings. Nubrikon FN has been proven to wet dies at 750°F (at a 10:1 dilution) and has even wet dies as hot as 1000°F. Nubrikon FN will often improve the environmental conditions of  the shop.

Nubrikon FN provides  the enhanced  lubrication and extension in die life demanded  by  today's  forging companies. These properties allow for an extended machine uptime that results in increased productivity and a reduction in scrap  rates.
