Nubrikon FF is a non-graphite, water-base lubricant with special Heavy Duty E.P.  additives. Nubrikon FF is able to offer the exceptional qualities of a graphite forging lubricant without graphite.  This unique heavy-duty lubricant is designed to forge difficult, ferrous or non-ferrous metals. Nubrikon FF is formulated to eliminate flash fire, smoke and undesirable odors in forging operations.  It provides outstanding metal movement and superior anti-solder properties for the most demanding forging applications, while improving the environmental and safety conditions of the shop.

Nubrikon FF provides the enhanced lubrication, insulation and die cooling demanded by today’s progressive forging operations.  These properties allow for an extended die life, which results in less down time and reduced scrap rates.
