SEMI-SYNTHETIC DIE CASTING RELEASE AGENT

Nubrikon DT is a concentrated aluminum and magnesium semi-synthetic die casting release agent.  The synthetic based technology in this release agent provides greater relative dilutions than mineral based formulations.  Along with this, Nubrikon DT due to its semi-synthetic nature provides cleaner emissions for improved working conditions.  The semi-synthetic coating maximizes metal flow to eliminate non-fill issues, decreases thermal stress on dies, and deters soldering.

Nubrikon DT has been developed to provide superior performance at an economical applied cost.  The lubricant has demonstrated the ability to cast intricate appliance parts as well as large automotive parts. Nubrikon DT, due to its semi-synthetic nature, has increased bio-resistance. Nubrikon DT has an added stability and protection package that makes it an excellent compliment for pressurized systems.Nubrikon DT maintains its high performance on die temperatures in excess of 550°F (287.8°C). This release agent provides cast parts with an extremely clean high quality finish. Nubrikon DT is recommended when your castings are to be painted or plated.
