Nubrikon DA is a new development for the die-casting industry. This unique product imparts a highly lubricious coating on the die surface to prevent molten metal stickers without wax or silicone. Nubrikon DA is an excellent lubricant for start-up when the dies are still cold.

Nubrikon DA will not react with, nor be wetted by, molten aluminum. Nubrikon DA is a proprietary blend of lubricants, extreme pressure additives, and release agents in a non-petroleum based carrier. This exceptional product also has excellent anti-solder properties.
