NUBRIKON BT
TITANIUM DIOXIDE RELEASE COATING

Nubrikon BT is a specially processed dispersion of titanium dioxide in a non-smoking aqueous carrier. Nubrikon BT has been designed to provide optimum release properties in the casting of non-ferrous metals. As shipped it is a liquid with the consistency of a latex house paint. Nubrikon BT dries by evaporation leaving a smooth high-density coating without cracking. When thoroughly dry, the coating is resistant to thermal shock and cracking during pouring. As a result it produces a clean strip and superior surface finish to cast metals.
