ANTI-SCALE COATING

Nubrikon BC is a water dispersion of selected high temperature inorganic compounds and binders. it is applied by spraying, brushing, or dipping, and allowed to air dry. The resultant coating prevents scale formation on ferrous metals.

When dried,Nubrikon BC provides a protective barrier that minimizes oxidation and gas absorption of the coated metal. It has a high “green” strength to resist chipping and spalling of the dried coating during handling prior to firing. It contains no lead or graphite and is non-flammable.

Nubrikon BC is designed to provide an anti-scale coating for steel in the 1600° - 2350°F (871° - 1288°C) range.
