Nubrikon AK Graphite Anti-Slag Kote is an economical coating treatment utilizing a unique blend of natural graphites, high temperature wetting agents and a proprietary ceramic binder. 

Nubrikon AK Graphite Anti-Slag Kote was designed as a non-stick coating for cast refractory lances, iron ladle pour spouts and other ceramic refractory lined surfaces subjected to molten splash or slag build-up.  It may be sprayed onto any clean ceramic surface.  Once dry, there are no decomposition products or off-gases to pollute the air or yield noxious odors.  The dried coating produces a well bonded layer of graphite that is non-corrosive and resists slag build-up. 

Nubrikon AK Graphite Anti-Slag Kote is useful from cryogenic temperatures to over 3000°F (1650°C).
