SUPER HI-TEMP GRAPHITE COAT

Nubrikon AC is a liquid concentrate of ultra fine colloidal particles with special stabilizing and protective additives in a non-smoking aqueous vehicle. It ahs the unique property of wetting hot surfaces up to 1000F (550C).

Nubrikon AC may be brushed, sprayed, roller coated or dipped onto any surface. The water vehicle dries by evaporation, leaving a smooth, fine-grained high-density layer of graphite. The coating is very slippery and lubricious. It is an excellent release and anti stick material that will not react with, nor be wet by most molten metals.

The coating contains no metallic additives, silicones, or phosphates, will not crack, nor melt and run at any temperature, and is odorless. The dried coating will not attract dust or dirt like grease or oils. When no longer needed, it may be removed by washing with cold water. For many applications the concentrate is diluted with up to 30 parts of plain tap water to provide an extremely economical spray solution.
